Is Panwali Kantha suitable for beginners?
Panwali Kantha is a moderate-to-difficult trek. Prior trekking experience and good fitness is strongly recommended. If you're a first-timer, we suggest starting with our Weekend Trek or Chandrabadni trek first.
What is included in the trek cost?
Trek guide, all meals during the trek, accommodation in tents or homestays, entry permits, and a basic first-aid kit. Transport from Rishikesh is also included on most treks. Personal gear and travel to Rishikesh is not included.
Do you provide transport from Rishikesh?
Yes! Transport from Rishikesh to the trailhead and back is included in most trek packages. Please confirm at the time of booking.
What should I pack for the trek?
Warm layers, trekking shoes with ankle support, rain jacket, personal medicines, water bottle, torch/headlamp, and ID (Aadhar mandatory). A detailed packing list is sent after booking.
Are your treks safe for solo female trekkers?
Absolutely. We maintain a respectful, inclusive environment on all our treks. Many solo female trekkers have completed our treks and found them completely safe and welcoming.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 15+ days before departure: full refund. 7–14 days: 50% refund. Under 7 days: no refund. You may reschedule to a future batch once at no extra charge.
