Refund & Cancellation Policy

Vairagya Yatra – Himalayan Treks & Spiritual Journeys

1. Booking & Confirmation

• Your trek booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
• A confirmation message/email will be sent once your payment is successful.

2. Cancellation by the Trekker

If you cancel your trek, the following refund policy will apply:

Cancellation Time	Refund Amount
15 days or more before trek date	90% refund (10% service fee)
7–14 days before trek date	50% refund
3–6 days before trek date	25% refund
Less than 72 hours before trek	No refund

3. Cancellation / Reschedule by Vairagya Yatra

• In cases of bad weather, natural calamities, government restrictions, safety issues, or minimum group size not met:
• You can choose either a 100% refund or free reschedule within 6 months.

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive at the reporting point on time or leave the trek midway, no refund will be provided.

5. Transfer of Booking

Bookings are non-transferable. Name change or transfer to another person is not allowed.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds will be given for interruptions caused by landslides, road blocks, weather conditions, government orders, or natural disasters. However, we will try our best to reschedule your trek.
