Welcome to Vairagya Yatra. By booking or participating in any trek, expedition, or service offered by us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed only after advance payment.
• Full payment must be completed before trek commencement.
• Prices mentioned are per person and exclude personal expenses, travel to base camp (unless stated), and additional services.

2. Eligibility & Fitness

• Participants must be physically and mentally fit.
• It is your responsibility to consult a doctor if you have medical conditions.
• Vairagya Yatra is not liable for health issues arising during or after the trek.

3. Safety & Responsibility

• Treks involve risks such as altitude sickness, injuries, weather changes, and terrain challenges.
• Participants must follow instructions given by guides and team leaders.
• Failure to follow safety instructions may lead to removal from the trek without refund.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by trek and season.
• Refunds are subject to deductions for permits, transport, food, staff & logistics.
• No refund for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or early departure.

5. Itinerary Changes

Routes and schedules may change due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or safety reasons. Vairagya Yatra reserves the right to modify itineraries without prior notice.

6. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the trek.

7. Photography & Media

We may use trek photos/videos for promotional purposes. Inform us in advance if you do not wish to appear in media content.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Vairagya Yatra is not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

9. Code of Conduct

• Respect local culture, environment, and fellow trekkers.
• No alcohol, drugs, or harmful activities during treks.
• Littering and harming nature is strictly prohibited.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to Dehradun, Uttarakhand jurisdiction.
